Mitigation Products
We use high efficient, quiet and effective fans.
The fans that we use are under warranty and proven to last, most of them have varying speed settings to meet the need of the job. We also, use maticulus techniques in order to keep the system as effecient and quiet as possible.
Vapor barrier
A vapor barrier effectively prevents radon entry by createing an airtight membrane so the mitigation fan can pull soil gases from beneath it. Through a process called, active depressurization. We take pride in meticulously sealing the crawl space.
Routing the ventalation sytem
- We customize the ventilation system to the design of the home and the homeowners desire. Many considerations are necessary including access to the roof and reaching electrical circuits. Products vary in price.
Testing
- We provide testing for real-estate transactions or the concerned home/business owner.
- This is a detailed test that records data every 10 minutes.
- You will receive a detailed report with hourly data spanning at least 48 hours of testing.

- Insulation upgrades: Adding or improving attic, wall, crawlspace, or rim -joist insulation to reduce heat loss.

Diagnostic Testing
- Blower Door Test, is a large fan temporarily mounted on the exterior doorway which depressurizes the house, revealing air leaks through cracks and gaps in a very effective manner.
- Infrared (Thermal) Imaging, an infrared camera shows temperature difference in walls ceilings, and floors pinpointing missing insulation or drafts invisible to the naked eye.
